Grace Strong organizes and oversees range operations at Bellevue Gun Club, as well as course and instructor development in Bellevue Gun Club’s Training Department. She has a background in competitive shooting and a diverse history in teaching. She is currently a Training Counselor for the National Rifle Association, a pistol instructor for Bellevue Gun Club’s Right On Target series of courses, and a certified Glock Armorer.
Grace started shooting pistol competitively at age nineteen. Desiring to share her knowledge to promote safe and responsible firearm ownership; she became one of the youngest female NRA Certified Instructors and Range Safety Officers, by age twenty-one.
In 2010 Grace was elected as a board official at Clatskanie Rifle and Pistol Club, where she served two terms. Also serving as the Assistant Director of the Firearms Training Department at CRPC, Grace developed course material, authored classes, and brought national visibility and recognition to the club
With a passion for empowering through education and training: Grace has provided supplemental M9 training to the Army National Guard, trained law enforcement officers, as well as worked extensively with civilians. She has also donated her time and resources to working with at risk men and women on an individual level, and has experience working with children and the physically disabled.
